  • Advert Text Our Learning Support team are recruiting for an enthusiastic person to join them as an EHCP & Wellbeing Coordinator. You will coordinate EHCP review processes efficiently and effectively, and in line with the Children & Families Act 2014, the SEND Code of Practice 2015, and City College Plymouth procedures. In addition, you will support the review of existing EHCPs to ensure compliance with statutory processes and continued delivery of special educational provision in accordance with children and young persons’ EHCPs. This will involve consideration as to who is required to attend Annual Reviews so that work is appropriately prioritised, and attending priority Annual Reviews where necessary. Other aspects of your role will include: • Providing advice and information to students and their parents/guardians on City College Plymouth processes, advising on statutory process and timelines. • Ensuring that EHCP reviews are accessible, and outcome-focused and comply with the requirements of the legislation and SEND Code of Practice. • Organising and preparing paperwork for, and chairing Statutory Annual Review Meetings ensuring that the young person and their family and relevant professionals are fully included. • Taking responsibility for ensuring that data is recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
